Quick Update: I spoke with Bryan at Can-Back last week and gave him an update on our commitments. I also asked when product pictures and additional details would be available and he said he is targeting a product detail release (including pictures) in Late May.

I'm afraid the market won't be strong enough with the competition having a item at a 1/3rd of the cost. I don't doubt it's a good product but unfortunately that's a hard sell with a comparable item at a far less price.

i agree even with cross posting on multiple forums you will be hard pressed to get the magic number you need and than one of those ten will probably bail because something else came up that $2K was needed for elsewhere

$2,000 buys you a set of ARB air lockers or a set of bumpers and a winch or heck a double transfer case.

:bump2: BUMP...What the status? Also, I seen that some of the older CAN-BACK are on TOYOTA pickups...are these specific to the pickup or are the 4RNR interchangeable? I'm asking because I have been wanting one of these for years and I have a 1985 Regular Cab SR5 Pickup.

I worked with the guys at TruckCandy a month or so ago to help them with some measurements and schematics in hope it'd get the project back on track, but I didn't have a great experience with them and didn't feel confident they can bring the Can-Back back with a quality and price-point that works.
