It is sized to fit most popular winches and I am planning on using the XRC 8 also since it is the most affordable.

Downpour is correct, it is the same color as the pictures. So I guess that would from a distance be a medium gray. If you want powder coated you can get in black but I recommend this finish. The PC says it is thicker and more durable than the single color finishes.

I saw Pike's bumper in person and it's very nice, you guys won't be disappointed. I recommend the MC Hammertone finish too, it looks very cool and different.

There is some minor grinding and 4 holes that need to be drilled. You will also need to trim the plastic fender liners. I had not done this when the pictures were taken and you can see them hanging down. It slides over the frame horns and the plate the factory crush cans bolt to needs to have the edge ground/cut so that it will slide over it. No welding needed.

The Led turn signals are included with the bumper. The fog light openings will fit most 4" fog/ driving lights with a post mount.

I'm in the market for a bumper Pikeman, and I've been watching this thread and considering this one. The only thing that holds me back is I don't really like the "angry look" of the outside hoops. Would your guy be willing to change those up for me if I ordered one? I'd prefer them to be more level with the center hoop instead of angling down and toward the center.

Mine is the first and only one so far. They are looking to get a Tacoma in the shop to develope the mounting for them. So it is in the works is the best answer.

Well Unfortunately I am out. Hate to be a flake but when I came into the office today I found out that the BIG deal I had been working on completely fell apart. I work on commission so its a no go for me right now. I am really disapointed.

I can answer the attachment point questions right now. They are symmetrical, also they were positioned a little inboard to bisect the seam of the corner lights and the headlights without obscurring either. the center hoop is inboard of the grill due to the access hole for your winch solenoid control box.

I will talk with Jimmy at Outdoorlogic about the top tubes. He is a custom fab shop and can build anyhting you want. That being said the idea behind a "production" piece like this is to create something a little different that sets you apart from everyone else. Also by keeping the number of variables down it allows the use of Jigs which means less man hours and ability to keep costs lower.

I can honestly say I wasnt sure how I felt about the angry look when I first picked it up. After having it on my truck for a couple weeks now I am very happy that it is not the regular straight tube design. It is also not the huge stinger look that others have. There is also function behind having it slant forward(with the sides triangulating) in that it makes it stronger should there be an impact with a tree or animal of some kind. This makes it less likely for your tubes to be pushed back into your grill.
