my 97 is limited, shouldn't be a problem pikeman said this bumper sticks out further than his sr5 flares... so it will be short of the limited but not to the point to where it looks weird, and as of tomorrow I will be running a 1inch bodylift.

Is jimmy accommodating the bumper to work with your body lift or are you just drilling new holes or what?

met jimmy on tuesday, he is going to custom my bumper on... my 4runner has had a minor accident before so the mounts are not square
but after looking at pikemans bumper on my limited flares hes going to make 2 production models one for the limited and one for regular fenders.
as for my bodylift hes still thinking of a design for me.

The bumper lines up nicely with the limited flares at the wheel well but tapers in close to the fender so does not line up at the front of the flare. Jimmy is finding a solution to that and also for those that have a Body lift.
The body lift may be addressed by having a two different supports or mount plates made up and when you order he welds in the one you need. The other option might be to provide a filler piece on the back edge of the bumper to cover the gap.

This is a nice looking bumper for sure. I just destroyed my front one and am in the process of getting an aftermarket. I really like how this one looks, minus the evil hoop surrounding the headlights - I'd go with just the stinger bar in the middle but anywho -- how is this group buy coming? Have you reached your number of people yet? I know I live all the way on the east coast but if the price is right through a group buy, this may be my next bumper

I'm thinking of the center hoop only. I was pricing lights yesterday and know they're big $$, but did you ever install any in the center-hoop area of the bumper?

Pikeman, do you know if these folks are going to make rear bumpers? I was going to make one, but after making my front bumper I think I'll just buy a rear bumper...To many hours invested in making the front when I should have been out fishing.........
