How can we improve the picture showing the assembly of the KDSS mounting on the foot that we already have in the instructions? Would a photo of them already installed on a truck with the KDSS lines running past it help? Feed back is much appreciated on how we can improve the instructions. No full time technical writers at a 7 person off road company so we do appreciate the feed back.
It will be a few more weeks, they are in mid production right now.
First round powder coated ones should be going out shortly. Our powder coater is not "fast" but they do an outstanding job.

Here is what I think is missing to help those that need it. The directions are adequate. The show how to place the KDSS mounting foot piece and describe how to bolt it to the slider. They dont show how it slides under the KDSS lines and how to put the line-holder bolts back in. The directions actually don't even discuss this aspect. They also dont mention removing the little plastic L pieces on the rear of the side skirts in front of the rear tire. Don't get me wrong, the installation was super easy, but some people obviously need a little more direction and clarity.

Excellent product Metal Tech. Everything lined up perfectly and the installation was a breeze. My powder coater (Hard Notch Customs) did an excellent job with the textured coating and it matches the Baja Rack perfectly. I forgot to take the KDSS bracket to them so its just done with Rustoleum.

Had them rhino lined and installed today.

How much did it cost to have them rhino lined?
Anyone get their shipping notice for the powder coated sliders yet? I am #12 on the overall list and haven't received any notice yet.

Well originally the shipping said today. It was in Colorado, took a detour to California to come to Texas. I'm not sure how that's cost effective for the shipping company but I still have to wait 3 more days now according to shipping
Update: Well one of them showed up, minus mounting hardware. The other, assuming with the mounting hardware, took a trip to California.

How does one know the difference between the LE and TE sliders in case it happens to me?
