Growling Noise?? New Tires Buzzing?

Hey guys,

Just recently got an 04 SR5 V6, and the dealer put two new rear Dunlop tires on it...

I'm getting a strange growling/buzzing sound and I can't tell where it's coming from... It happens at around 30mph, and then on the highway it goes away, and comes back at around 60mph at around 2000 RPM.

I've thrown the truck in neutral at both speeds, and it doesn't make the growling go away, so I'm guessing it's the new tires?
No vibrations or anything, just buzzing at speed.

I have noticed some pulsation in the brake rotors at low speeds, I'm guessing it's the rear cuz I don't feel anything in the steering. Wondering if that could have anything to do with it??

Check and make sure the lugs are torqued down evenly and to specs. Loose lugs can cause you wheels to vibrate, but it should be vibrate throughout the speed range though.
