I live on Lake Conroe and was looking to purchase there. Who was your salesman. Would you go back to them, or would you go somewhere else? I will be a first time new car buyer and need some pointers, if you have any to give.

My experience with the sales guy was so so at best but it was my first experience EVER. I've only ever driven '88 Chrysler conquests and I've always purchased them from previous owners, so I've never dealt with a dealer. I told him I was flying in from Beaufort, SC to Houston to buy the car and that I needed full disclosure of any defects and hi res pictures. When he picked me up at the airport he imediately barked out the fact that the truck had damage to the door trim from the previous owner's dog and that he had scheduled the repair but there hadn't been time to complete it. He offered nothing in the way of monetary compensation for what turned out to be damage to ALL 4 doors and I didn't ask. I just let him be himself to see how much of a shit he was. It made no difference to me as the $26,500 I was paying was more than a satisfactory price for the rest of the truck's condition. In some small way though I came away feeling as though I'd been taken advantage of. So go in there guns blazin' if you do choose to do business with them. They deserve none of the mercy I showed. I was on my way to Little Rock for what I knew would be a WONDERFUL weekend, and I had the 4Runner of my dreams. I was in no mood to piss in some idiot's cheerios. Good luck
