Gunmetal MK6's on Shadow Mica - pics?

I've spent hours using the "alternate" Google search function to see pics of the gunmetal Level 8 MK6's on a shadow mica 4Runner. I've seen pics of them on blue, galactic gray, and others - but not one picture on a shadow mica rig. Maybe it hasn't been done. Anybody have any pics? I'm seriously contemplating these rims for my truck (below), but I'm concerned about the mismatch in color. Definitely not going black or bronze. Input is appreciated.

OK, I've looked at six billion pictures on Google of shadow mica 4Runners, and all I see are stock silver rims and black rims. I'm thinking that this funky shadow mica color, that changes from blackish to gray to green depending on the light, is hard to match when it comes to rims.

You guys have any opinions as to what might look good?

I have the same color truck. I kept the stock wheels and plastidipped them black. Looks great and I get a lot of compliments on them.

i have the same funky green gray funk, i did plasti dip my wheels black and now they are back to silver and i am on the same boat. dont know what wheels to get lol

Guess it's a personal preference thing ... I've got a shadow mica rig and honestly I like silver rims on it. I'm still running stock wheels, but if I were to change I would probably still stick with silver.

I'm starting to think the same thing, which means staying stock. There's nothing (tasteful) out there in silver - just bronze and black.

I've got a little Photoshop experience. I can try and photo shop the wheels onto that picture you have of your 4runner. Maybe that'll help give you an idea of what it'll look like.

Not that it would be too similar - that would be great. It's that the shade of gray would look funky against the gray/green of the truck.

I've seen that color wheel on the "other" gray (can't recall the name of it) and it's nearly a perfect match. Looks awesome. On mine, it's kinda meh. I don't know, what do you think? Does it look good?

The problem is that a single photo doesn't represent the full spectrum that a shadow mica presents under different lighting ....

As long as we're caring about silly things like what it looks like, I think the shopped pic looks great. But that's probably because the wheels are a little under scale. Big wheels and no sidewall on a 4Runner make me sad.

Massively digging this truck. Looks like the rims are polished, split 6 spokes. Any idea who makes them? Kinda more the type of wheel that I like, but a little too much bling. Maybe a brushed aluminum version of this would work.
