he won a no reserve auction on a new 2010 challenger for $29,100, and now the dealer is trying to back out of the sale.

unfortunately, a lot of dealers pull this kind of thing and all i've seen happen is negative feedback. would be nice to see if a dealer can get stuck selling it.

I'm only up to page 11 of 55 on the thread on the challenger forum and whats really impressing me is huge rally of support for this.

It like a massive gathering of the forums, all united in one cause against the dreaded and much disliked world of dealerships. Great stuff.

Ebay needs to get of their ass and enforce their own GD rules. That has always pissed me off about them, they're all talk and their "binding agreement" is useless. And to think the CEO is running for Governor of my state, God help us!

He should consider himself LUCKY he did dot end up with that POS Chrysler product.

I had the 5.7 in my Jeep and it had such a delay from the ETC. The MDS always made the engine stumble and the rest of the vehicle was absolute garbage. No more Chyco junk for me (even though the 2011 Grand Cherokee looks to be a monumental step ahead in quality)

I recently won a frame on ebay, after the seller recived payment He email me demanding more moneyto ship because ebays calculator was wrong?? So I gave the chump 2 options send my frame or the money or they would answer to my lawyer! It is up to the seller to make sure that thier add is accurate not the buyer. If the dude is smart he should sue the dealership for breach of contract!
