Hello! Newbie poster here...maybe some of you guys could help me out a little.
I'm wondering if anyone on this forum has any information on whether or not a GX470 would fit an unusually tall driver--I am 6'7. I've tried 3rd gen 4r's and my head hit the roof something fierce; only with the seat back ALOT did I fit, but then only barely, and uncomfortably.
I guess I'm just wondering if the 4th Gen 4r's are any better, or better yet even, if the GX470 has anymore headroom than either. The selection of vehicles is fairly limited where I live, so I don't really have the luxury of test driving a GX470, and am wondering if I should even consider it as an option or not.
I'm a huge Toyota fan (2000 camry with 250k+ and still brand new, 2002 Tundra with 175k and still brand new, etc...) and don't really want to buy domestic if I can get away with it. My wife likes the amenities of the GX more than the 4r, and I have to say it looks quite appealing to me as well.
Any help would be appreciated, so tall drivers, please chime up!
