guys, I know the h-rated tires are rated for higher speed capability. What I want to know is, what would the real world difference really be if I went from T-rated to H-rated tires? I wouldn't go near the top speeds of either tire rating, mostly 70-80MPH highway driving. Would the h tires be more stable on highway? Pelase educate me. Thank you.

No difference... Sort of.
Typically H rated tires incorporate design features and higher tech compounds so an H rated tire may drive or feel better. It's for reasons other than the H rating specifically and more to do with the technologies incorporated in H tires.
If you had the choice of buying a BFG 'x' tire with a T rating and you could buy the identical tire with an H rating you, based on your needs, would realize no benefit from the H. It doesn't work that way generally though 'cause nobody offers identical tires with the only difference a T or H rating.
If you are looking for premium highway tires an H rating may be a good but not necessary feature.
