Hacked / chopped hardtop

I've seen some pics of 1st gen 4Runners with a chopped/hacked hardtop.

Well, I've seen more than one type of chop. Some in the slant-back style, others without the middle windows, others

I know people who have bobbed the top when they bobbed the rear. I may have some pics somewhere, not sure.

When I do them, I remove the front slider. I think its easier than trying to fit a piece of plexi into the curved rear window.
I think its 12.5" shorter so thats how much you bob out of it.

Actually doing the cut isnt hard, just mark it out and use a sawzall. Weld the windown frames back together and start playing with fiberglass to put the two pieces back together.
