HALO Projector headlights

Hello all,
I'm new to this site and have a question about my new Halo projector headlights. I am attempting to install myself; however, I can't find any info or tutorial on the web as far as step by step instructions. I have a 2004 Limited 4runner and have puchased the dual halo with LED eyebrows. Do I need to disassemble the whole front end to access the housings? The wiring for the LED's are open (power and ground, I'm assuming) and I'm not sure where they need to be spliced to. I recently installed the new LED ruby red tailights and those were plug and play so it was much easier. Can someone here please tell me where I'd be able to see a video of the install or supply me with step by step instructions and a tool item list of what I'll be needing? I plan to solder and heat shrink the connections (I don't trust crimps, too much chance of moisture damage). Thanks for any help

I see people keep saying that you need to move the fender liner, but I just came at the bolt from under the truck and had no problems w/o doing anything to the fender liner.
