I have an '07 Sport V6. After a blowout and getting two new tires a couple of months ago, I decided to get the other two so I would have a matching set again. They are the original Revo's and difficult to find. Firestone didn't even have them.
Anyway, the place where I got them said I needed an alignment. I was running late and went back two days later for the alignment. They really messed it up- my truck pulled to the left, the steering wheel wasn't straight, the truck was all over the road. it also shook like crazy when braking at highway speeds, I could barely hold on to the steering wheel.
I brought it back and they redid The alignment. I took the technician out for a test drive to show him the shake. though very obvious, he didn't seem to notice it much, and told me I probably had warped rotors.
So now my truck tracks straight but it feels like I'm driving a springboard when I go over rough road, and the steering wheel is really loose- I have to turn the steering wheel almost an eighth of a turn before it affects the wheels. Before this alignment, even with the new tires, my 4Runner drove like it was on rails, and handled beautifully. The steering was tight and responsive. Now I actually don't enjoy driving it!
After they redid the alignment and rebalanced the tires, the sheet they gave me said this-

Can anyone tell if these numbers are right for my truck? From what I have been reading it seems my caster may be off.
This place is never touching my vehicle again. Should I go to my dealer (which I happen to trust and does good work) and have them redo the balance and alignment, or go to Firestone and have them do it? I know Firestone can properly balance my tires, but this whole alignment thing pisses me off.
I probably have to get new front rotors too. They somehow became warped at just the same time I got these new tires.
I know my truck can handle properly, I just need to know what to do to get it back to where it was.
