Handsfree cell phone setups

Anybody have photos of their handsfree cell phone setup for their 4Runner?

I'm happy to see any setups, but especially ones that have power source and microphone and speaker connections.

Sorry if this has been posted before but only found one setup of a rivet job when I did a search.

No photos, but I use a Plantronics M135 headset. It has a noise canceling microphone, mute switch, volume control. Personally, I think it is less hassle, more functional, and gives better quality transmissions to the person you're talking to than a fixed hands-free setup in the vehicle.

I use the same for the cordless phones in the house.

About $30 at an office supply store.

Yes, I've considered this but I get distracted by things like wearing a baseball cap, having wires around my head while driving, placement of the phone while in the car, and the feel of something sticking in my ear.

In other cars I've had a full handsfree which cancels all music playing, has a dedicated mic as well as a separate ear phone for private conversations if you don't want everyone listening in, and a powered phone holder. The only things showing in the car are the phone holder and the small mic outlet usually at the top of the A pillar. Nice - no wires showing.

Motorola has this speaker in a cupoholder with retractable cords and real good volume.
