I have always been quick to rag on inaction or poor workmanship of dealers service depts so when I get better than expected service I should say so. I recently purchased an 07 t4r sport from Michaels toyota bellevue with certified warranty - 64,000 miles. It was late when we finished the deal as I was also looking at one at another dealer. After I got it home I realized that there was a good scratch in the door (misc small chips that I expected also) and a chip in the windshield that was right in my line of vission. They replaced the windshield and not only touched up every chip and scratch but also repainted the front bumper. Checked the alignment and changed remote to 1 click unlock all doors.

I checked out a few Runners at Michaels when I was looking to buy and also have heard good things about them. Unforturnately they didn't have what I wanted at the time (2005+ V8 model) so I ended up flying down to Medford, OR to pickup a runner at Lithia Toyota in Klamath Falls, OR. It was actually pretty cool, long drive back home but some buddies did it with me.
Always good to hear things about honest dealerships. We have a good one up here in Bellingham called Wilson Toyota. Post some pics of your new ride if you get a chance. Also, what did you end up paying for it?
