Hard Drive crashed and I lost all my front coil install bookmarks

Hey Guys,

I've been doing research on installing the toytec 3" lift coils and 5100 shocks in my 99' T4R for the past several months. I bookmarked all the threads that would aid me in the install and a day after all my parts shipped out my hard drive crashed. If anyone has the install threads for removing the front coil over/strut could you please post the links? I've spent the past hour searching for threads on the install and I can't find a single page that i had previously bookmarked. Any help would be greatly apprecited. Thanks

I'm specifically looking for to thread using the bottle jack on the UCA

its much easier to use a pry bar and put it on top of the control arm and thru the hole into the engine bay, then pull down...

much easier and faster.

I don't think you really need a thread to tell you how use the bottle jack. When you can't fit the new shock in, turn the jack upside down, shove it above the UCA, and jack the arms down until you can fit the new assembly. Pretty straightforward.

That link THEREALTOR provided is a good one. I think you should just go for it. If you did your research, then you should have a good enough idea of how to do it. It is really pretty simple.

Don't forget to get an alignment afterwards.
