Lately i've been having this problem with my 4Runner where when I start it up it ignites but then seems to die instantly. When it does this I just give it gas and it seems to be fine, until recently. Last night I started it up fine and drove off and was greated by some hard knocking. Since last night it seems to be knocking every time I go from a complete stop to drive. I'm pretty car illiterate and could use some the boards expertise
