I just got back from Hartford Toyota and wanted to share my experience with all of you.
To start with, they ended up giving me the best price on my 2012 4Runner Trail edition; just under 36K. They also offered me the best deal on my trade ins. they ended up giving me 11k for my 2004 Z71 Tahoe with 100K, and by chance I asked them if they would take my father-in-laws car he left me. It was a 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII with 85K. Not only did they offer my 2K for the vehicle, they also did it without looking at it and they told me that they would have it towed away for me. This was great because I had not registered the vehicle.
Today, I had to bring it is because the weather stripping on the driver's window was not fitting correctly. In addition, I asked them to rewash and wax the 4R because there were some streaks from the buffing. In all, I was there for about an hour and a half. the work was done and the 4R was detailed inside and out!
I know there are a few of you who have had some issues with them; however, I would have no problem recommending them to anyone in the area looking for a vehicle.
