has anybody ever fabbed a swing-away/swing-down tire carrier for a 3rd gen 4Runner?

Lifting a 35" to mount on a tire carrier is a lot more doable with one person than lifting a 38" or 40". With that said the majority of everyone here runs 33s anyways. For our rigs I think it would be a waste of money, cus obviously it would cost more. It's a very cool concept though and to the right people it would be beneficial. This is my first time seeing something like that.

I've never seen one that swings down and away. That's a cool idea. I wonder how much that puppy rattles.
