Has anybody ever seen these rims?

Hello everybody. Had anybody ever seen these rims? The original window sticker on my 97 SR5 says that these 15" Enkei wheels were a factory option. I just never have seen them on any other T4R. I tried looking up different threads on it but the stupid photo bucket issue won't allow any pictures to show up. Please ignore that they aren't going the same way after tire rotation lol.

Yeah.
I don't remember who, but a young member here had the same wheels on a light blue rig. I actually saw them on a Tacoma at Costco a couple weeks ago too.
I didn't realize they were asymmetrical in design though!

There's a ton of 3rd gens where I am. I've seen them. I didn't know they were a stock option tho

I had them stock on my 98 SR5 Tacoma - not a huge help. But I can tell you that you have the smallest factory brakes since those are 15" wheels. The 15's won't fit on the Limited/Sport brakes. And they definitely won't fit over the Tundra brakes if you do the upgrade.

No, they are Enkei wheels. Toyota and Ford both offered their wheels as options in the 90's.

Yeah, seen them on a lot of old Ford Explorers. Not really a fan.

Yes, I had them when I bought my '98 a few years ago (I never liked them). They aren't super common but I've seen a few 3rd gens with them on.

They were a dealer option in the South East US only.

I'm 2wd so don't need to worry about CV axles. Stock tundra cv's don't work though as they need to be slightly modified. We offer the modified axles as an option when ordering the MCM fab LT kit.

Seen a few sets of these on CL in E OK/AR area, most often listed coming from Tacomas. Never seen any on 4Rs, the design isn't terrible imo, definitely retro, but yeah too small. Got 17s precisely bc I will do the Tundra brakes soon.
