It varies... If you follow Toyota and you tow they suggest 15k. If you don't tow they say never.

Many have chosen Mobil1 or Amsoil with a 30-60k ( or longer) interval. I like doing it once, early and then every 45k-60k with a good synthetic. Don't forget the t-case
