It is possible. I haven't done it though. There is a constant +12 V coming into the front reading lamps. All you have to do it take a wire from it and attach it to the 12 V supply in the sun visor. Only thing is the mount. It should match the existing visor mount. Most of the visors that has a light has a different mount.
