Has anyone installed/wheeled the Toytec Ultimate Lift Kit?

im really trying to figure out what will be best for the style of driving i am planning on using my 3G for. i have always been a solid axle man, coming from a land cruiser background. but it is now time to make my Independent suspension runner an expedition capable ride. i have my front/rear bumper and sliders on order from shrockworks, so i will be running a heavier ride than normal. i just am not sure if OME is what i want for sure, or if this option is as decent. also i have no idea what size tires are NOT going to rub due to flex on a 3" lift. . . 31/10.5? 32/11.5? 33/12.5? NEED HELP!! t

I am running the BOSS lift and i have wheeled it a few times and i like it. great lift honestly. The valving is really nice on the COs up front. I went with the SuperFlex Coils on the Rear and the Longer Bilstiens. tons of flex. I have flex pictures on my build as well as installation pic too, plust some other stuff you might find interesting. Link is in my sig.

as for your tires and wheels, I am running a 285/75r16 and it is working great on mine. trimmed pinch welds and just have to trim my rear bumper and i will be good but you will be running a rear bumper so you should be good there. also something you may want to look at is getting some new wheels with a better back spacing. I am running a 4in BS with -11 offset and love how they look. Or you can do wheel spacers.

also when you lift, I recommend getting extended rear brake lines and the panhard drop bracket. another thing you will need is new extended bumpstop.

If you want an all inclusive lift you may look at the Sonoran Steel 1.2 kit. It comes with everything that you will need. even comes with and adjustable pan hard bar instead of the drop bracket. The only thing is sometimes you need to install limit straps on the front but other than that is an awesome kit. just another option to look at. BTW the SS 1.2 is what Dirtco is running. look at his build thread for more info on it.

I have the Sonoran Steel 1.2, and while it is a complete kit, and mostly OEM toyota parts (which is definitely a plus in my book), it is pretty pricey. It's also a little stiff for my tastes, but would probably be just fine with those shrockworks bumpers. If I were to do it again, I would probably go with the Toytec coilovers instead.

I have the ultimate with OME 890's and a 10mm spacer and the OME 60028 shocks. It's stiff and there's no rake. I like the stiffness but I wanted more rake.

What rate front coils do you have? I'm looking at the Boss system, and I'm wondering which coils to get.

I have the 600 coils. 650 is overkill Honestly and you need a bit of weight to equal them out

I'm in a similar situation, though my expedition rig will remain basically stock, no heavy bumpers, no swing out tire carrier, no winch. I'm trying to decide between Radflo (from Sonoran Steel) or the Toytec Boss.

I would go BOSS up front, LC wraps out back. But thats me. Either way it will be a good kit.
