I'm just wondering what kind of mods you guys have done to a 2nd Gen. I've added a sound system, it had stock, some driving lights, little interior accessories and I'm replacing a rusted tow hitch. And you?

More to come

i am in the process of deciding what to do with my 94 v6.

i was going to try to start with intake and exhaust, filter, maybe some head/tail lights, and a bull bar.

and a t4r.org sticker of course!;):

Nothing too crazy, favorite mods are tube armor, rear locker and tires. I replaced the head unit with a CD deck that my brother gave me, but only the radio works since it inhaled some dust. All stock suspension... for now. Rest of the mods are listed in my sig.

Hey Phalanx,

Does your runner have any lift kits, new lockers, or tires larger than 31's? I'm just curious to know if a stock Runner can pull the same stunt that is in your pic. -Dan

Yea, no lift but a detroit locker in the rear, its the best mod ive done so far. Traction is more important than lift IMHO. If I was was to reccomend a lift, it would be 1.5" rear springs and 1.5" ball joint spacers and long travel CV boots for the front. Lots of skid plates and tube armor can go a long way too.

Oh, my apologies... I actually noticed that after I posted the reply I just decided not to change it... Does anyone know where I can find a front (or rear I guess) tube bumper for a $100?

I'm in Vacaville, CA. Its about an hour south from Sacramento. I don't know of any local fab shops off hand... I usually go browse over at Kragen's of Auto Zone. There is a junk yard full of nothing but Toyota somewhere in Sacramento but I still haven't gone there.
