Has anyone replaced their seat foam?

I know you can swap bottoms from passenger side to drivers side... several threads on here and success stories.
I'd rather find a replacement foam but I've only found one thread on the entire internet mentioning this, and the guy didn't disclose where he found it (it looked new, though - and I think he said it was a gift from his dad or something). I tried to find seat foam replacement and failed. I'm sure a custom upholstery shop could do it but I don't envision that being cheap.
There's also a youtube video floating around of a guy restoring seat foam with a steam cleaner. I guess it puffs up a little with the moisture and then dries, retaining a more restored shape. I don't have a steam cleaner nor much faith in this method, mine feels entirely destroyed from previous owner's butt scooting across for 240,000 miles and then my butt scooting across for the last 10k miles with no running boards and increased ground clearance.
In for suggestions...

Thanks! I will call the dealer tomorrow and see what my cost is on those which is usually about 20% off msrp so if avl I may just order a set and replace them

Cool. Those are not MSRP costs, those are internet Toyota dealer costs.

Well you can go to a junk yard and buy a passenger seat then take that foam and put it in your drivers side.

My guy Dan at my local Toyota will give 20% off if he has seen you more than once and you're polite. I've been dealing with him since my 1980 Corolla was new. The other jerk and the dame won't. I keep track of Dan's off-days.
At the Hyundai dealer for my son's car, they'll give me the web price if I ask. They sell on the web.
Dicks at BMW won't do jack (other son).

Brian, would you happen to know: if I had aftermarket Classic Soft Trim leather put in my 4Runner would I still use 7151135050 "seat cushion pad leather seats Left"?
I'm looking to get a new seat cushion - but I'm not sure if CST would have replaced the cushion or used what was there.

Yes, I know this thread is 4 years old. I figured it was better to dredge it up than to rehash everything already discussed.
My Toyota dealer tells me that the drivers side seat bottom foam (2000 base model - cloth) is no longer available from Toyota. I've already swapped the driver and passenger cushion so no help there. I could probably find a seat in a wrecking yard but I doubt it would be much better than the one I have.
Does anyone know of an aftermarket supplier?

I have a 98 limited. Cloth, leather, doesn't matter; all of the foam pads are still available. Not only did I call my local dealership, but there's a bunch available online through Toyota Dealerships (for way cheaper than in-person at the dealership). They are Part Number: 7151135050. $156 online, free shipping.
