Has anyone tried the texas edition Tacoma wheels on their 4runner? I've been eying these wheels, thinking of going back to stock height

Did you ever slap those puppies on or are still rolling the FJ 8 holes? I have silver 4th gen as well and love the look of both. Im working on a similar suspension setup and I'm about to upgrade tires and rims. Looking at some fJ wheels.

you do realize those are TSS edition rims, not TX. TSS are restricted to Gulf states or SE Toyota, cant remember which.

TX rims are black with fake bead lock rim cover and a TRD logo. those rims come standard on the TX and TX Pro edition of the Tacoma.

I've learned that all that matters is YOU like it.

IMHO....I like the wheels and I like them on the Tacoma and would like them on a SR5/Limited but not on a TE. I think they take away or simply don't match as well with the chrome-less rugged TE look.

I like the look of the wheels too. However if those are M/S2s and the truck isn't seeing much dirt, the choice of rubber couldn't be better.
