Has anyone tried to install a Hidden Hitch?

Hey Folks:

I had a quick question about hidden hitch that I recently purchased from etrailer.com. We tried to install the hitch yesterday with a friend but the tolerances on the hitch are way off. At the rear end bolt the hitch was off by almost 1 inch. When I called etrailer.com they hold me to bend it to fit. I could not believe they told me to do this. Long story short even after bending the hitch so the rear bolts fit the front bolts did not fit. Has anyone else experienced this with hidden hitch. I am going to have to send this back to them and get them to send me a new one.

PS My truck was not in an accident as far as I know

same thing with the one i got. on one side i could only get one bolt in. so i am one bolt short. I am not worried as i only have a small utility trailer. but yes, it would not line up.
I did get the fwd bolt in, so I have 3 total on one side and 2 on the other.
