To convert 10-13 front conversion to 14-15. I checked and hood fenders is the same, so is it only headlights, bumper, grill all that's needed?

if no one knows for sure, if someone can provide the 2014-15 4runner parts catalog/diagram, i'll do the comparison.

I'm sure people here would want to do facelift upgrade if I did the research.

Please, the 14-up front end looks freaking awesome, one of the reasons I traded the FJ for it. I think that's just jealousy rearing it's ugly head

It's all a matter of perception and opinion. You either like the facia refresh, or you don't. It's the same truck either way.

Haha, yeah well I had it for 7 years and missed the comfort features my previous 4Runner had. It was time for a change.

Not sure what is required, but I think you are on the right track. Headlights, facia + grill.

They will probably have little things like the fog lights and surrounds as separate parts. Your best bet is to walk into a Toyota dealership and see if you can walk out with a parts list.

Just be honest with them and tell them you will buy from them if they can give you a decent price. I'm sure the parts are available, people have been smashing up those front ends for well over a year now.

I know where you're coming from. We also own a FJ and I do appreciate it's utilitarian nature. However the 4R's bells and whistles, let alone the smoother ride, is a nice counterpoint.

I am looking into this too. Looks like its just the headlights, brackets for the front bumper and all the things attached to the front bumper.
