Has weather strip been stripped!

When the car travels 60+mph against the headwind or sidewind, I hear air whistle out of driver side window or door.
I wonder, anyone has experineced it.
Is it due to the weather strip not properly sealed or stripped?

Is your 4Runner stock and what model is it? I have an aftermarket antenna and it whistles above 60mph but it sounds like it's coming from the drivers window or windshield area.I thought it was my window seal too but if I take the antenna off and it goes away.

Just reach up and feel along the window seal when you hear it to see if you can get the pitch of the whistle to change and locate it.
