Tangent, but Sr5SuShi, I see from your sig pic that you have rear facing lights below the bumper. I recently did similar and love them. They're wired into the reverse lights and I can switch them manually.

Now back to ferry business.

Mine are wired the same way. through the reverse lights. love them when backing up. i just bought a pair of these, for even more light! :thumb3:

I've got the same set up BUT mine are only manually turned on. Got a wiring diagram to set up them to turn on with the reverse lights

I have been on the ChiChimaun Ferry from Tobermory to Southbaymouth Ontario many times, but only once with the 4runner. Here is a pic of 5 years ago with the old and still running strong Sienna (248,xxx miles).

Yep - have taken the ferry for years to Ocracoke Island NC. I've got a picture somewhere of my GPS in the middle of the water.
