Having some trouble removing bolts

Okay guys, I'm having a little trouble. First off, I'm having a little trouble removing the front sway bar end link. I'm curious as how it would ride without the sway bar so I thought about taking it off. The bolt is a little rusty and the thing that scares me the most is the bottom of the link, when I go to loosen the bolt the bottom part sort of twists with it, I don't wanna end up ripping the rubber that surrounds the bottom, so will it rip? Or can I just pull on it as hard as i want?

Also I tried removing the stock belly skid, I was planning on repainting it. The bolts are a bit rusted there as well. So whats the best way to get those off? I'm having the most trouble with the front 4 bolts that you have to use a ratchet extension to even reach. I sprayed a little WD-40 on them but that didnt seem to do much. I've heard of PB Blaster but have never used it. Is it that much better? Anyway any info or help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Ya, soak it with some PB and let it sit for a few days. I guess I'm a little spoiled, I have an air compressor and air tools in my garage, so getting those off is a breeze. Getting the stupid thing back on is a totally different story though.

wd-40 is not a penetrating oil, PB blaster is.

If you look in the end of the stud on the bottom of the end link it should be a hex for an allen key. 5mm IIRC This doesn't mean they will come apart easily but this was the factory solution to keep them from spinning.
