So, I replaced my bumper and mounted led flashers. Before I installed the EP35 flasher, the blinkers ceased working. I checked the wiring and played around with the switches. What I discovered is that if I hold the hazard flasher switch to just before it engages the flashers, the blinkers will work.
It is not the blinker fluid.
My assumption is that the hazard switch is either shot or need cleaned and some dielectric grease.
If it is not that then I am guessing the turn signal stalk switch.
Anyone have the same thing happen?
If it is the harzard, I assume I have to take the center dash off, unless someone has a trick to do it another way.
As well, if it is the stalk, do I have to pull the stearing wheel to get to it or does anyone have a trick to getting the screws out of the column trim plastic?
