Head light issues & HID's

so I have a ddm tuning hi lo 55w hid kit (5000k) and I noticed that one side is more yellower than the other (passenger side) and I thought it was faulty bulbs or some DDM crap, but then I received some 3000K H3's for my fogs from them, and i'm having the same problem on the same side (a little more of a greenish tint than yellow), after a little research I learned that it might have to do with differences in voltage outputs and I was wondering if anyone had any input, or suggestions on how to fix this? I'll switch the bulbs, then update.

My projectors from Rickashay are perfect :bigok:, sorry, couldn't help myself.... check your wiring and grounds, try switching them around, maybe try switching the ballasts too. Also, please check to make sure you're not blinding everyone on the road.

Are the fogs DDMs too?

yeah my fogs are DDM too, I switched the bulbs and when I looked at the bulb, the little gas? bubble inside one of them were yellower than the other, I contacted DDM and they are going to send me out some new bulbs.

Have you tried calling the company that sold the parts to you? Seriously.

I called PIAA when one of my bulbs wasn't working. They asked me to email them a receipt of purchase, I did do and then they mailed me two new H4 bulbs($80 on Amazon) no return swap required.

:bat:

As I stated on another DDM problem thread earlier today, "do yourself a favor, throw that kit in trash, save for a new one that costs at least 3 times as much, and move on with your life."

the worst part is, the people at DDM suck almost as bad or worse than their products.
