Headers, intake and exhaust

Is there any reasonably priced HI&E setup that you guys can recommend for a 97 3.4? Looking for more hp and sound, in that order but dont want to spend a fortune and dont want to waste money if the gains arent real. Any advice is appreciated, and if you guys think such a setup is a waste of money Id like to know.

headers wont do nothing on a stock 3.4 if your exhuast is fine id just go with a 18'' magnaflow muffler part #11255 and the isr mod and deckplate info on that can be found via search

I have a set of Downey headers I got for my 96' and I'll sell em to ya cheap. I got them because I thought my Edelbrock headers were warped. Turned out to just be a loose fastener so I never put the new Downey's on.

URD is a good place to start. however your stock intake will be good enough just do the Deckplate mod.
