This is my first post and I'm hoping to learn a lot more about headlamps from this great resource.
I recently hit a deer with a nice rack of antlers that punctured my drivers side headlamp assembly and also broke the plastic mounting tabs on the assembly. So, I've been looking for a replacement headlamp assembly and have a couple of questions:
1. Is there an on-line reseller that has great prices? The best price I've found is about $212.00, however I've found headlamp assemblies for '05 4r for about 1/2 of that.
2. Can the assembly be easily replaced with normal tools? Seems so... but not sure if simply mounting it will result in proper beam projection.
