headlight adjustment 2002 Toyota 4Runner

how do i adjust my headlights for this vehicle, i find info for different years but not for the 2002.

If you look at the back of the headlight you will see two "gears" about the size of a quarter. There are guides in the plastic to line up a long Philips screw driver with those gears. If you google Toyota headlight adjustment you find a lot of pics maybe explaining it a bit better, and every Toyota/Lexus that i'm remembering adjust the same way.

yeah if i remember right on that adjust the up and down is on the bottom corner towards the grill and the left and right one is on upper outside corner. Some people been using a screw driver which i still have no clue how they did it. For for my 01 i had to use a 10mm (i think) socket.
