Headlight adjustments post lift?

has anyone had to adjust their headlights after installing a lift?

Got my lift done this past summer, and haven't had to adjust the headlights. They seem fine to me and no one is flashing their high beams when I drive past with the low beams on.

i really need to adjust mine.... they were low from the start though but after my lift i notice how low they really are. very annoying.. im having to use my brights a lot more just driving down residential streets. i cant stand it.

I had to adust mine. They were high from the factory. Other drivers always flashing their brights at me. I lifted and adjusted them down but I think I went a little too far.

So far I have only lifted the rear of my 4Runner and in doing so that adjusted my headlights down for me (they were high to start with). When I raise the front end I am sure I will be in need of adjustment.

On my F150 (2006 model year) I had to adjust them without question because the HID conversion I did was already bright (50 watt ballasts and 2.5" projectors) and after 7.5" of lift they were blinding on-coming traffic.
