headlight led's and bumper question

Well my birthday is around the corner and I want to replace my rear bumper with another stock(annoying small dings) anyone know where i can pick up one painted or unpainted without breaking the bank?

Certifit.com i hear is good, About $50, but you have to be close to one cause they dont ship. Also LINY4Runner bought his off of ebay from one of those sellers and it seems to be fine. Those headlights aren't in my taste.

So is that and led strip on the inside or outside of the headlights? Kinda cool

I wish you where talking about the actual led bulb that you can buy for the headlights. I want to see how the output is on them.

Look on eBay for the bumper, but pay attention...some will be $50 (+$50 shipping) and some will be $75 with free shipping, so pay attention to the price of the item AND the shipping price.

move, i know its off topic but how are your lower lights mounted? looks like a bracket behind the license plate?
