Do a search and its been discussed but no one has actually gone out and did it yet.

If all you want is a blue tint to your lights you can get bulbs to do that (tons of choices). The 06 4Runner's lights are a yellowish/white color like ours from factory. Only, they're projection instead of halogen like ours.

yea those 06 projectors are just halogen projectors, so you won't get the blue look of real HIDs. if you want the look of real projector HIDs, you're going to have to do what I did here:
