headlight switch w/ fog light switch

any one know where to get a headlight (stalk) switch with the fog light switch on it? I'm thinking of installing some fog lights and want to use the factory wiring harnesses.

Try www.car-part.com and look for a column switch. A quick look around my zip code found heaps, from between $35-$125.
