Headliner rattle

Something in the headliner is rattilng and can get a little annoying, especially on bumpy roads. What is up thre that could rattle? It is right above the drivers seat.

no sunroof I am guessing?

If you don't have a sunroof then the only thing at the ceiling/inside of the roof is the dome light correct?

I have the sunroof but it is not that. I was wondering if it was maybe a wire harness or something as it also sounds like it slides around as well. It is directly above the drivers head.

I have the same problem. Up until i read your post I thought I was just being anal and spooked myself into hearing things. I thought it was in the sunroof, but now I have no idea....

if you open the sunroof and look from above, there is an area where the water drains into, see if something is sliding around in there, its the only place that i can imagine something would be stuck
