Headrest Monitors

Has anyone installed headrest monitors and players on their own? If so, do you have a good set of directions I could use? I'm interested in putting some headrest monitors in and was wondering how difficult it would be to do it myself. also, what's the best option for sound...wireless headphones or can you wire it into the car's sound system?
