Heat only when driving?

Can anyone offer advice on how to diagnose why I am getting cold air when stopped and when I begin to drive I get hot air from my heater?

Anyone got any ideas on replacing or not, but fixing a broken pwrd antenna?

Anyone got a leak some where in the roof, possible from the sunroof, but all the sealss are in good shape? I cleaned out the drains, but still get water in my truck.

Chances are you have a bad servo in the HVAC unit somewhere.

If you cleaned the drains and are positive they are draining then im stumped on the leak.

Thanks for the reply, but what do you mean bad Servo? where is the HVAC unit in the vehicle I was leaning more toward a Core flush, but the job seems extensive.

what about a bad heater core? you'd still be getting heat from the engine while moving from it getting pushed in from the engine bay but you'd have nothing but cold air when idling or not moving.

my vote as of now is for the heater core, we'll see where this goes though

No coolant loss, went to dealership, get this they made me an offer to change all belts, Tstat and water pump for $1700 taxes in and this would fix my heat issue. I said NFW! I took it to murrays bought the parts and took it a mechanic he replcd all the parts for $300, parts were $360, still no heat! So I at least saved about 1G at the dealrsh*t, but still no heat.

1 member here reported that the screws for the roof rack/roof rails have a cap that forms a water tight seal. If the screws have been removed at any point, there is a good chance that the cap came off causing the seal to break. Now when I disassembled my headliner, I did not see how the roof rails could be responsible for any interior leaks, but the member stated that replacing the roof rail screws fixed the problem. If you remove 1 of the screws you should see the clear sealer cap (?) that is attached.

x2 unless you have a rusting issues, make sure the sunroof is closed and pour a glass of water on it, see if you have any leaking from the seals if not, i would think about what is said above.
