are heated seats only available on Limiteds on the 2004 and 2005 models...what are the options for getting them on the other models

Yes that option is only available on Limiteds. Some dealers install them at the port and make them available for the SR5/SE, but they do not come from the Toyota Manufacturing in Japan plant that way.

Just to note, they are also standard on 2003 Limiteds as well.
