Wow, really? I wouldn't have thunk these would really have been saught after. Glad they helped. Did you pick up some fogs second hand? Make sure you actually have the wiring up front or it'll be all for not. I don't think all runners had the wiring but I luck'd out.

i believe all 99-02 4runners are prewired for fogs.

Ahh, 99 n up, got it! That makes sense. Before 99 just the limiteds only I wonder?

Never mind, pre 99's didn't have the fat lips so fogs must have been a dealer only option. See, I can be taught.

I'm wired for factory fog in my 99'. question is I have a white plug and a black plug behind the blank where the factory fog switch would go. Which one is for fogs and whats the other one for?

continuity test for fogs. even though this is from the 2002 fsm it shows the same pinout of the c-13 connector as the uploaded hella instructions.

page 3 of electrical wiring routing schematic shows the c13 connector as well as the c14 connector right next to it. c14 appears to be related to cruise control per cruise control schematic. The cruise control wiring also appears to have red/black and green/black wires.

best i can tel these should be the correct pins on the c13 connector per hella instructions as well as fsm continuity test.
