Hello everyone! IFS DIFFERENTIAL ISSUE HELP

I have a Toyota 4runner 1996 and i noticed that i need to replace all IFS differential bearings and seal due to they got water, so i would appreciate your help and all your experience on this issue and I was wondering if there is a procedure to disassemble the IFS diff.

Of course there is a procedure. Can you be more specific with your question? Are you stuck on trying to get the pinion gear out?

Yes Konkordmusk i'm trying to get the pinion gear, the seal and all bearings out i need to replace it but in the second picture i'm not sure how to get the pin out too. i w'd appreciate all your help. thanks

In that picture I see you still have the flange on the pinion gear. Remove the nut on the outside of that flange and drive the pinion yoke off and out of the way. You will then either be able to remove the outer bearing or you'll have to hammer the pinion gear inwards in order to separate the bearings. Long story short, the pinion is removed by driving it towards the inside of the casing, not the outside.
As far as getting to the other side of the ring gear assembly, pry it up from both sides to pop it loose. You should not need to remove that pin unless you want to service the spider gears.

Thanks! buddy i removed the flange and the pinion gear, the other problem that i have is that the inner joint, i pry it up but i don't know the reason that the inner joint does not get outside.

i gonna change all bearings due to the principal problem was that i didn't change seals at time, they allow leak water to leak in, so bearings got rust, therefore i need to change them.
