Hello all! I purchased a 1998 4Runner about 4 months ago and it has been a great vehicle and has 197,000+ miles on it! Is there any maintenance that I should do up front besides oil to ensure a long life of the vehicle? I know that the timing belt has been changed twice and I am running synthetic oil. Thanks

Where in CT, im in Ridgefield. You should make sure the water pump was changed, and then just flush all the fluids and change all the filters so you know what has been done and what hasn't. And welcome.

Welcome to the forum!

In addition, check to see that your rear axle seals are not leaking. In our 4Runners, they tend to leak after about 100k.
