Harold1950,

:welcome::welcome::welcome::welcome::welcome:

"2005 Platinum metallic Sport V8" ...you have a Sequoia?

4th Generation 4Runners were only Titanium Metallic.

What kind of MPG do you expect from a 4,000lb beautiful truck?!?!

There's a bunch of members here from Sacramento...perhaps you can get w/ them some time & go wheeling.

im quite sure he meant titanium metallic, there are only sport in 4runners

I told you I was old, so cut me some slack, it is a 4Runner............I think my gas guage is wrong, it shows one thing and takes less to fill it up so the mileage reading may be off to, need to manually do it

Welcome.

Are you going by the trip computer? For most 4th gen owners, it tends to be 10% optimistic compared to hand calculations.

yes the trip computer, like I said it seems to be off, would be nice if it was accurate, guess I'll learn the quirks and know how far I can go on a tank of gas............

Old-what's wrong with old?

Welcome. Dirt's pretty old, but remember, old is only a state of mind, and it certainly is not for wimps. Relish your experiences.
