Hi Everyone,
Glad I found this forum. My last Toyota 4X was a '64 Land Cruiser. Solid as a tank! We recently bought a 2014 Limited as we are moving part time to Big Bear CA. My wife will be working at the hospital there three days a week. I am still working but might be retiring soon (age 60).
We are very happy with our 4Runner. While at the dealer I was also impressed with the Trail edition. Pretty rugged looking. We won't be doing any serious off-roading like rock climbing but will be contending with snow and trails. I enjoy camping, shooting sports, fishing, and all the outdoors in general. We plan on getting into snow shoeing and some overnight camping trips.
I look forward to learning about our new ride and promise to make use of the search feature prior to challenging the "No such thing as a dumb question" saying. I am already learning about the HID lights and need a bit more research.
