Was researching floormats recently (I don't like my carpet ones) and found this site. Came back, joined, here I am, saying Hello. I am on my third 4runner. First one was a '90 SR5, which I rolled :cry2:, then a 92 SR5, and now I own a 2004 SR5 V8 which I love. When I first drove it, I though eeww, it drives like a car. I was used to driving a truck and my first two drove more like trucks. But I have become accustomed to it now and wouldn't trade it for anything. However, it needs some spicing up. I love the V8, the power is awesome. I have to say my first two were sort of dogs coming up a big hill, esp. the 3.0 (IMO). So, I am female. Are there any other Runner Women out here? I like this site because I will learn so much, just from reading posts, and then can also ask questions. Great place. I bought my 04 in 05 with just shy of 30k miles on it (from a dealer, certified pre-owned). It just has 110k on it now. It is my daily driver, but also using it to tow a tent trailer (right now), and it tows like a breeze. I'm even starting to get the hang of hitching it up by myself, albeit slowly. Oh and backing a trailer in...has required much patience, but someone told me a trick, place your hand at the bottom of the steering wheel, this is a big help.
